The advantage in PVC sails is that they are waterproof. The sails are fully H.F. welded and tensioned with stainless steel cables and fittings.
Fabric choices: (PVC)
Hiraoka PVC, Bochini, Ferrari Precontraint PVC, Valmex 580 Polymar PVC to name a few. These vinyls have special coatings (PVDF) to withstand the harsh Australian enviroment and have excellent tensile strength. We also offer some fabrics in a Block Out PVC.
Many of our shade sails are cut from computer generated cutting patterns using a plotter cutter.
