Framed shade structures are a tensioned fabric normally commercial grade shade cloth or a structural PVC if the structure is to be waterproof.

The popular shapes are Gazebo style, Hip roof style, Pyramid style, Conical style to name a few.

Fabric choices include Rainbow Shade cloth, Gale Synthesis Commercial grade shade cloth, Cooltone Commercial grade shade cloth, Monotec Commercial grade shade cloth, Poly FX Commercial grade shade cloth to name a few.

Most of the above fabics have U.V. blockout ratings of around 95%.

All panels and hems are double stitched with a stretch stitch machine. We use the highest quality polyester threads for maximum life and tension all of our sails with stainless steel cables and fittings.
